Stanley Terrace awarded LIHTC by Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority

Developer Woda Cooper Companies, in conjunction with co-developer nonprofit Parallel Housing, Inc., announced that Stanley Terrace, a 60-unit general occupancy affordable development in Plainfield, IN, was allocated LIHTC through the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority.  

WinnCompanies Opens Mixed-Income Community for Veterans

WinnCompanies said it plans to open a 70-unit apartment community for military veterans, including those transitioning from homelessness, and it will be one of the first private veterans’ communities in the United States to offer rental housing to former service members at a range of incomes along with comprehensive services, including a program to help move veterans toward homeownership. 

CalHFA’s Bond Recycling Program Partners with San Diego, San Francisco
